New Build Project, large commercial building constructed on a brown field site which required the removal of contaminated soil before works could commence. The structure was steel framed with insulated metal profile sheeting to the roof and walls with curtain walling and block finish to the exterior. Internally the building comprised of reinforced concrete ground floor with precast concrete slabs to the first floor.
Floor area of the building – 900m2 Installation of platform and passenger lifts were effected. High specification electrical and mechanical services installation. Extensive site works were executed, formation of large car and bus parking facilities – 1900m2.
